     If only we had lace gloves and trilbys instead of tracksuit bottoms and hoodies.  Limerick is particularly afflicted with the latter but here's proof that once upon a time a lace glove might have been seen.  These were found whilst mooching in the wonderful Lourdes Connect shop which is staffed by the sweetest ladies possible. 

You need really skinny fingers which is good for me seeing as my Dad said I should have been a concert pianist or a brain surgeon such is the extreme scrawniness of my digits.  I feel I now need a horse and carriage for my transport to really do these gloves justice.
